Business Coaching - Robert Knowles Associates

The Coaching relationship is not a quick fix/magic bullet solution.  Long term success requires long term commitment.  Therefore we recommend a minimum of a one year commitment to achieve the desired results more quickly.

Business Coaching Programs Weekly Program

You and Bob Knowles will meet at the same time of day, same day of the week each week for one and a half hours.

You will discuss your specific business goals and identify any obstacles in the way.  By the end of each meeting you will have specific, written action steps that will need to be accomplished within the next seven days (prior to your next coaching session).  Your coach will occasionally have action steps to take on your behalf.

The client and coach each maintain a binder to ensure you are moving in a straight line and also to be used as an accountability tool to make sure your objectives are met.  During the week you have unlimited e-mail and telephone access to your coach.

Business Coaching Programs Every Other Week Program

This program is designed the same way as the “Weekly Program” except that you will meet with your coach every other week.

Business Coaching Programs Contract Sales Management

I developed Contract Sales Management in order to help businesses that want or need to grow faster or improve their profitability more quickly in a sustainable way, yet cannot afford to hire a full time sales manager with a six figure salary.  Our firm brings to you a highly experienced, highly motivated sales manager at a fraction of the price of a full time employee.

Our business model is based upon the premise that activity produces results.  There are no shortcuts!  We work with business owners to identify the most important activities that need to be engaged in with enough volume and consistency that they will produce improved results.  Then, we serve the role of Sales Manager.  Our sole purpose is to work directly with the sales and customer service (relationship management) team to keep them focused and motivated toward doing the next right thing.  We are not distracted by any other aspect of the business (audit, compliance, management meetings, etc).
