Bob Knowles is the President of Robert Knowles & Associates, a firm committed to helping business owners realize the true potential of their firm by driving more profit to the bottom line and having more fun in their life.  This is accomplished through a disciplined coaching process that focuses the owner on the most important elements of their business and their life.  Through consistent execution and accountability, business owners achieve their most desired outcomes.

Bob has more than twenty years experience in the financial services industry, the majority of which was devoted to Wealth Management.  He spent fifteen years with Banknorth Group serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Relationship Management covering 5 New England states.

Bob has created two coaching companies and has worked extensively with banks, technology firms and non-profit organizations helping them with leadership development, sales, marketing, client service and efficiency/effectiveness strategies.  He is a licensed business coach through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA).  This alliance provides Bob with direct access to more than one hundred experienced licensed coaches throughout the US and Canada.  He also meets weekly with his two coaches following the same process he uses with his clients.  After all, never trust a Coach who is not being Coached!

Bob has two children and he currently lives in Quechee, VT with his fiancé Dawn and his best friend, Bode (golden retriever) and two cats.  Bob loves the outdoors and sports, particularly skiing, mountain biking, golf and hiking.
